Abhyanga
Abhyanga (Sanskrit= oil massage) is a traditional Ayurvedic practice that incorporates the use of warm, specially prepared herbal oils applied in a rhythmic pattern to penetrate all seven tissue layers. This therapeutic technique resets lethargic metabolism, invigorates healthy digestion, promotes deep relaxation, enhances blood circulation throughout the body, nourishes the skin, and aids in balancing the body’s doshas, ultimately contributing to overall wellness. The benefits of this practice include significant reductions in stress and fatigue, improved joint flexibility, stimulated lymphatic function, and enhanced detoxification processes. Abhyanga encourages better sleep quality and supports emotional well-being, making it an effective and holistic approach to regular self-care.

Ayurvedic intake
Either in person or online, the 90 minute foundation session aims to gather comprehensive information about your individual physical, mental, and emotional health. During this session, you will provide insights into your medical history, lifestyle, dietary habits, and relevant current/past personal experiences, which helps in creating a holistic profile. The benefit of this thorough assessment lies in its tailored approach; I am able to identify imbalances in the Doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—and recommend personalized treatments and lifestyle modifications. This individualized plan not only addresses current health concerns but also promotes long-term wellness, fostering a deeper understanding of one’s unique constitution for better overall health.

Learn the ancient practice of breath control, a powerful tool for enhancing physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. By regulating the breath through various techniques such as deep diaphragmic breathing, alternate nostril breathing, and rhythmic breath retention, I will teach you how to calm the nervous system, increase oxygen flow, and improve lung capacity. This practice not only reduces stress and anxiety but also enhances focus, promotes relaxation, and supports cardiovascular health. Marma Point Therapy
Marma point therapy is a traditional Ayurvedic practice that focuses on the body's vital energy points, known as marma points. These points are considered to be intersections of body, mind, and spirit, and are believed to influence overall health and well-being. By applying gentle pressure and sequenced techniques on these specific points will release blockages in energy flow, promote relaxation, and enhance physical, mental and emotional balance. I will work with to identify the main source of blockages and create a tailor-made targeted approach.
